The working principles of HCDPK-E Series Electric Dust Collector

Electric dust collector is a dusk collection device for realizing the separation of particles and air stream by electrostatic force. The body of electric dust collector is a high-voltage electric field provided by high-voltage electric power supply group, which control low-voltage control cabinet with high-voltage pulsating direct current and low-voltage control cabinet,and the dust trapped sent to storage hopper by dust unloading and carrying device.

There are three stages in the dust collection process of electric dust collector:

Load current of flour dust: Put the direct current high voltage between discharge electrode and collecting electrode and make discharge electrode produce corona discharge and gas ionization, and produce lots of free electrons and electropositive ions. The electropositive ions are attracted by corona and lose the charges immediately in the so-called corona area around discharge electrode. The free electrons and electronegative ions are moving to collecting electrode, driven by electric field force, and full of almost entire space between electric poles. When the dust-contained air stream is passing through electric field space, the free electrons and electronegative ions are colliding with flour dust and attach on it and load current of flour dust realized.

Settlement of flour dust: The load flour dust will be driven to the surface of collecting electrode by function of coulomb force in electric field and release the charges loaded which will settle on it.?

Ash removal: After the flour dust on the surface of collecting electrode settles to a certain? thickness, clean up and remove it by the methods like mechanical vibration and so on and make it fall into the lower ash hopper. There is a little of flour dust attached on the discharge electrode, which dust will be removed at regular intervals. The ash unloading and carrying device will carry the flour dust collected in ash hopper to outside finally, and whole process of waste gas cleaning and dust collection is realized.
