Working principles of HPMDHDMC Series Jetting Pulse Single-Machine Bag Dust Collector

The air with dust enters into the ash hopper by the air entrance (It can enter into the bag chamber directly if no ash hopper), and then the dust-contained air into the filtering chamber equipped with filtering bag. The flour dust is adhered to the surface outside filtering bag, air purified will enter into the upper box body from filtering bag, and then be discharged into the atmosphere by the blower through discharge air pipe. With the thickening of dust on filtering bag, the resistance of dust collection will be increasing, and the ash removal need to be made to make sure the continuous working of dust collection when the resistance increases a certain degreegenerally for 1500 Pa. The filtering bags are in straight line of arrangement, and one pulse valve is deployed in filtering bags every row to control the pulse ash removal of compressed air, which action is controlled by the process controller. In the course of ash removal, ash removal controller sends out the command and makes the pulse valve release the compressed air of 0.5 to 0.7 Mpa in the instant of action. The compressed air crushes into filtering bag at the high speed through the little hole aiming at filtering bag of jet hose. At the same time of its crushing into the inside filtering bag, the second air flow which is several times the number of compressed air is induced, and then one instant shock wave is produced and spreads downward along with the length direction of whole filtering bag. By this mechanism, the flour dust accumulated outside the filtering bag falls from filtering bag and the dust in the form of flour dough falls into hopper finally. The constant time of pulse can be adjusted to be fit for all kinds of characteristics of flour dust.
