Working principles of HFGM Series Gas Box Pulse Bag Dust Collector

The gas box pulse bag dust collector of HFGM series has taken the chambered structure of lower air-in. The dust-contained flue gas enters into the dust hopper by air inlet, in which some of bigger dust particles fall into the dust hopper directly with the functions of inertial collision, natural settlement and so on, while the other dust particles enter into every bag chamber with the rising of air stream. After the filtering of filtering bag, the dust particles are stopped and kept outside filtering bag, and gas purified enters into box body from the inside filtering bag and be discharged into the air by poppet valve and air outlet. The flour dust in ash hopper is unloaded by screw conveyer and ducting valve of mesh division wheel in fixed time or constantly.

With the constant running of filtering process, the dust attached and accumulated outside filtering bag is increasing and make the resistance of dust collector itself be rising gradually. When the resistance reaches the preset value, the ash removal instruction will be sent out from ash removal controller. Make the poppet valve of one bag chamber be closed firstly to cut off the air stream of filtering in this chamber. Then open the electromagnetic pulse valve and inject the compressed air of 0.50.7 Pa to the inside box body with the very short time (0.1-0.2 second). The compressed air swells in the box body at high speed and makes the filtering bag produce high-frequency vibration and deformation and makes the dust cake attached outside filtering bag be deformed and fall off with the function of reverse air stream. After the full consideration of settlement time of flour dust ( make sure that the flour dust shed can fall into the ash hopper effectively), open the poppet valve and this bag chamber will be in the filtering state again and next bag chamber be in ash removal state, which is a period. The gas box pulse bag dust collector of HFGM series consists of lots of independent chambers. The ash removal will be taken separately from chamber to chamber in order and no interfering, and long constant running be realized.

All of the above ash removal processes are controlled by the ash removal controller automatically, divided into fixed time type and fixed resistance type, and we will decide to take which type according to the requirements of users.
